The Nature of the Bengal.

The Bengal is a very active breed, always into something. They are full of mischief. They are a very people orientated cat and love to be with you most of the time. The Bengal is best situated for a farm type lifestyle as they need lots of room to run around and investigate. The Bengal loves to be up high in trees and love to stalk un-suspecting insects or any other animal for that matter!

Bengals can be quite vocal when they want attention. They are generally a dominating cat if you have other cats in the household. Our Bengals LOVE the dogs so if you have a dog and no other cats and you are looking at a Bengal for a pet, the dog and the new Bengal kitten should get on well.

Here at FireCatz, we have been lucky enough to own and work with the 2005 NZCF BEST entire Bengal cat AND entire Bengal kitten, 2006 NZCF BEST entire Bengal cat, 2007 NZCF BEST entire Bengal cat AND Bengal kitten. That's 3 years in a row we have had New Zealand's BEST Bengal Cat!! What an achievement!!

Here at FireCatz we are working with selectively imported blood lines from Australia, Canada, USA, Japan, United Kingdom, Germany and New Zealand. We do this so we can have a huge range of lines to work with and breed the best Bengal we can with the lines we have here. We do everything we can for our cats to give them the best life they can live. As breeding Bengal cats is my hobby, I reserve the right to say where my babies are placed when they leave me and please dont be offended if I ask allot of questions about your living situation.
